My client is looking for someone who either has some marketing experience or has a passion for marketing. Initially this will be a varied admin role, but you will learn all aspects of design, analytics, and event management.

You will join a team of forward thinkers; creative & dynamic - the marketing team at this company are passionate about bringing innovative ideas to completion and finding new ways to communicate with our audiences. We implore you to be visionary, inventive, and inspiring!

In return, the Support Administrator will receive a salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.

Your responsibilities as an Administrator will include:
  • Using various tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to generate weekly, monthly & ad-hoc reports in a clear, visual and user-friendly manner for the marketing team to draw insight and comparisons from.
  • Researching and reporting on the evolving demo- & firmographics of our audiences to build profiles that can be shared with our marketing and sales teams - who can then make more informed choices about their targeting and activities. This will be an ongoing process - updating as user habits evolve.
  • Researching and reporting on customer, supplier & competitor activity. Specifically new partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, marketing activity, new products, and events.
  • Ongoing cleansing, updating and management of our web product listing on the website.
  • Marketing data - ensuring contact details are up to date and sync’d with our CRM
  • Tracking marketing expenses - ensure that invoices are collated and approved - by communicating with the Marketing TL and accounts
  • Assisting the marketing team in tracking project deadlines and content requirements
  • Tracking and manage company merchandise
  • Resizing of advertising/ social media artwork for use on other platforms
  • Ensuring marketing drive is up to date and accessible for company use
  • Liaising with printers and other external suppliers - keeping to deadlines
The successfulSupport Administrator will have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in a junior marketing and/or admin position.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in marketing.
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Publisher Skills.
  • Strong interpersonal & relationship skills.
  • Good grammar and spelling.

A willingness to support and assist in areas that can save the rest of the marketing team time - adding value to the team. Grit, perseverance, and a sense of humour are paramount! The ability to spot trends, draw comparisons, analyse fine detail are also very important.
