One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the financial services industry is looking for a Recruitment Onboarding Administrator to join their team. They are looking to recruit someone in their People Operations Team who is looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career within a reputable company and who can utilise their skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

As the Recruitment Onboarding Administrator, you will be joining their People Operations Team supporting 3 business lines. Combined this is a £100m turnover business that is highly profitable. The department style is assertive and challenging, focused yet fun and there will be genuine opportunities for people to develop.

For this role you will receive a day rate of £110 per day via an umbrella company which equates to around £25,000 per annum as a gross salary.

As a Recruitment Onboarding Administrator, you will:
  • Your role will be to work within their busy People Operations & Onboarding Team, offering support to the Resourcing and Operations team and to their starters during their engagement period with the company. The PO co-ordinator role is a challenging position that will expose you to the wide array of activities that are required to ensure each candidate completes the on-boarding checks, continues to meet quality standards whilst on projects and is receiving the required support for the duration of their assignment.
  • Ensuring all candidates’ on-boarding (referencing, criminal and financial checks) is completed to the highest standard and is completed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
  • Ensuring all contractors off boarding experience is smooth and conduct exit interviews
  • Maintaining a good relationship with the contractors throughout their engagement proving support during their time with the business and being the first point of contact for all the people related enquiries
  • Assisting the management team in preparation for client and internal audits
  • Drafting contracts and variations to contracts for contractors ensuring all are returned prior to start
  • Ensuring all information held on HRIS are up to date
  • Managing the timesheet inbox and relevant queries, supporting the contractors through the payroll process
  • Partnering with the offshore team of PO administrators to ensure the on-boarding requirements are met and act as a coach for your offshore colleagues
  • Supporting the People Operations Manager with ad hoc tasks
To be a successful Recruitment Onboarding Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong administration experience, report writing capability, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
  • Able to keep to strict deadlines
  • Able to prioritise effectively and manage a workload independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Calm under pressure
  • Experience in managing high volume of workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with data protection and confidentiality
  • Keen to develop new skills and knowledge
