This Maintenance Operative role is working within the facilities management sector of the global leader in security and related services. The company offer benefits including:

As Maintenance Operative, you will support the infrastructure services team in the management of churn, new project and lifecycle renewal activities through a mixture of direct delivery and outsourced service provision both individually and as part of a small team.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Repair and maintenance of furniture.
  • Support with furniture deliveries.
  • Relocation of furniture and other items as necessary in fulfilment of CHURN activity.
  • Installation of and assembly of furniture.
  • To provide a competent and diligent security escorting service to visitors and contractors that attend site.
  • Familiarising and complying with all site rules, regulations and practices and procedures affecting health and safety.

The successful Maintenance Operative will have the following skills and experience:

Essential Criteria:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A customer focused approach.
  • The ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative.
  • A keen eye for detail.
Desirable Criteria:
  • A Full Driving Licence.

This is a full time operative role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00 am and 17:00 pm. In return you will receive a salary of £19,000 - £21,000 pa.
